Service NSW no longer permit voucher redemption for creative items, art kits, creative kits. This includes, but is not limited to, paints, stationery, canvases or other equipment. Classes will require some materials, these costs are not covered by the voucher. Students may bring their own, source from another retailer, or purchase through our store.

What is a Creative Kids voucher?

The NSW Government is helping kids get creative with the new Creative Kids program. Parents, guardians and carers can apply for a voucher with a value of up to $100 per calendar year for each student aged 4.5 to 18 years old enrolled in school. The voucher may be used with a registered activity provider for registration, participation and tuition costs for a range of creative activities, including arts, drama, dance, digital design, coding and music lessons. The creative voucher can be used at any time during the calendar year it was issued.

What happens if I do not use my Creative Kids voucher before expiry?

A Creative Kids voucher will not rollover. It expires at the end of 30th June 2023.

How do I pay with my Back to School vouchers?

Simply fill your cart with eligible back to school voucher items, then add your voucher via the form below located throughout the store and shopping cart.

What is the Back to School NSW Vouchers program?

The Back to School NSW Vouchers program provides 3 x $50 vouchers, totalling $150 for each eligible student. The vouchers can be used towards the cost of back to school items like textbooks, or stationery, and must be used before 30 June 2023.

What items can I purchase using the vouchers?

NSW Back to School vouchers can be used for eligible back to school items, including school uniforms, shoes, bags, textbooks and stationery.

I have more than one $50 vouchers – how do I use them?

• There is no limit on the number of vouchers that can be used in a single transaction for eligible items.
• If you spend less than the value of your vouchers for a purchase, you cannot use the remaining value of the voucher. For example, if you use two vouchers worth $100 for a $75 eligible item, you cannot claim the remaining value of $25.
• If your total purchase price is more than the value of the vouchers, the remaining balance can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.
• Non-eligible purchases will be processed in a separate transaction.
